”It’s all in your head”

Anxiety has become a very common term nowadays yet people do not have clarity on what it feels like or how people are affected by this disorder. People having anxiety may still look cheerful even though they are suffering. This is mostly ignored because mental health issues are usually not visible. We often hear the term “ It’s all in your head” but what happens inside a person’s head affects their everyday life and those around them. So here is a series created for Wellness Week at my school- A take on how anxiety might actually feel like in someone’s head.

(P.S. Every person’s experience is unique, so this series does not aim to generalize but rather to offer a glimpse into the different ways anxiety can manifest.)
